We are delighted that you are considering Apple International and Academy for your child's education. Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, helping families make the right educational choice.
We offer admissions to our Pre School, Primary School, and After School programs, with each having specific requirements and procedures. Our team is ready to guide you through every step of the process and answer any questions you may have.
For the 2026 academic year, we are accepting applications starting from September 2025. We encourage you to apply early as places are limited and fill quickly.
Admission Process
Submit Application
Complete and submit the application form along with all required documents. You can download the application form below or collect it from our office.

Our admissions team will verify all submitted documents and contact you if additional information is needed. This typically takes 3-5 working days.
Assessment & Interview
Depending on the grade level, your child may be invited for an age-appropriate assessment. Parents will also be invited for an interview with the school administrators.
Admission Decision
Following the assessment and interview, you will be notified of the admission decision within 7 working days. Accepted students will receive an offer letter.
Enrollment & Fee Payment
To secure your child's place, complete the enrollment process by submitting the signed acceptance letter and paying the applicable fees within the specified timeframe.

What is the student-to-teacher ratio?
Our student-to-teacher ratio varies by grade level, but we maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention. In Pre School, we maintain a ratio of 10:1, while in Primary School, the ratio is 15:1.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, we provide transportation services for students within Colombo and nearby areas. Transportation fees are separate from tuition and vary based on distance. Please contact our office for specific route details and costs.
What is the language of instruction?
English is our primary language of instruction, but we also offer Sinhala and Tamil as second languages. Our curriculum emphasizes multilingual proficiency to prepare students for a global future.
Are there scholarships available?

What extracurricular activities are available?
We offer a wide range of extracurricular activities including sports (cricket, swimming, basketball), performing arts (music, dance, drama), visual arts, robotics, coding, chess, and more. These activities are integrated into our weekly schedule and are also available through our After School Programs.
